Colors to Move Your Soul is based on the color research completed by Liane Collot d’Herbois (1907-1999). Ms. Collot d’Herbois was able to demonstrate how each color has its own unique movement and inherent quality. When painted in an objective, specific way, each color offers the human being an opportunity for self-knowledge, self-correction, and opens the door for a new way of thinking, feeling, and moving harmoniously through the world.

Colors to Move Your Soul is based on the color research completed by Liane Collot d’Herbois (1907-1999). Ms. Collot d’Herbois was able to demonstrate how each color has its own unique movement and inherent quality. When painted in an objective, specific way, each color offers the human being an opportunity for self-knowledge, self-correction, and opens the door for a new way of thinking, feeling, and moving harmoniously through the world.
Ms. Collot d’Herbois’ research was inspired by Rudolf Steiner, Goethe’s Theory of Colors, and years of therapeutic work inconjunction with Dr. Ita Wegman.
Liane Collot d’Herbois’ publications include: Colour, Part 1 (1979), Colour, Part 2 (1981) and Light, Darkness and Colour in Painting-Therapy (1988).

Each pastel Painting demonstrates the objective laws of light, darkness, and color and offers a meditative experience to the viewer, as well as, adds the beauty of color to one’s environment.
One-on-One Individual Sessions
Lynn will take you on a journey of color exploration. This journey, held in a gentle, nurturing setting, offers a unique opportunity for deep self-knowledge and illuminates how color may support your well being. After choosing colors, based on your personal needs, we will use watercolors and pastels to experience the movement and uncover the beneficial qualities of the selected colors.
Group Workshops - limited to ten participants
Workshop topics may be tailored to your group's needs.
